Terms of Service
Read the current Terms of Service for DIGI CardFolio.
- You are responsible for your account, public content, saved contacts, shared content, business tools, wallet use, and Habit Tracker activity.
- Businesses remain responsible for their own services, events, bookings, attendance, campaign terms, reward fulfilment, and compliance.
- The platform is provided as-is and depends in part on third-party providers such as Apple, Google, Stripe, hosting, and email services.
Platform scope
By using DIGI CardFolio, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies in the Legal Centre.
DIGI CardFolio may provide digital profile pages, retailer reward and campaign tools, wallet pass support, public sharing features, QR features, and Habit Tracker tools for personal or group use.
We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or limit features at any time for business, legal, operational, security, or product reasons.
Accounts and billing
Account responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, devices, wallet accounts, recovery methods, and login credentials.
Billing: Paid plans, where offered, are processed by Stripe or another payment processor. Subscription access, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and fees may depend on the processor and the selected plan.
User content: You retain ownership of your content, but you grant DIGI CardFolio the rights needed to host, transmit, display, reproduce, adapt, and process that content to operate the service.
Habit Tracker
Informational tool only: Habit Tracker is a productivity and self-management feature. It is not medical, psychological, counselling, therapy, fitness, nutrition, or health advice.
You are responsible for deciding whether a habit, target, routine, or wellness goal is appropriate for you. If you have a medical or health concern, seek advice from a qualified professional.
If you use shared or group habit features, you are responsible for the content you share, the people you invite, and the visibility settings you choose.
Campaigns, rewards, and wallet passes
Retailer responsibility: Retailers and campaign operators are solely responsible for the content, legality, accuracy, disclosures, reward structure, stock availability, fulfilment, redemption conditions, expiry rules, taxes, customer communications, and consumer-law compliance of their campaigns and rewards.
Platform role: Unless expressly stated otherwise, DIGI CardFolio provides the software platform only and is not the merchant, issuer, promoter, guarantor, or fulfiller of a retailer's reward.
Wallet passes: Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes are convenience representations of eligible cards, wallets, or reward states. They are not cash, e-money, stored value, or proof of entitlement beyond the campaign rules unless expressly stated otherwise.
Wallet pass availability, display, push updates, installation, sync, and redemption support may depend on third-party systems, device compatibility, operating system support, wallet account status, and retailer validation.
Invitations and public sharing: You may only invite or contact people you are permitted to contact. Public share links, QR codes, wallet views, campaign joins, and habit shares are used at your own risk.
Liability and disputes
Service availability: DIGI CardFolio does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, fraud-free, or continuously available service.
Third-party services: Apple, Google, Stripe, email providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, and other third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. DIGI CardFolio is not responsible for third-party outages, decisions, restrictions, or incompatibilities.
Disputes: As between DIGI CardFolio and the user, disputes are governed by the laws of Singapore unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, and DIGI CardFolio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, public sharing, campaign participation, wallet passes, or Habit Tracker activity.
Connected tools and business responsibility
Words for You, Polls, Canvas Pages and other shared-content features must not be used for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or privacy-violating material. Businesses using bookings, attendance, rewards or campaigns remain responsible for their services, events, participant communications, fulfilment, taxes and compliance. DIGI CardFolio provides the software platform and is not the merchant, organiser, employer, adviser, issuer, guarantor or fulfiller of those services, events or rewards unless expressly stated otherwise.
