Can administrators update staff cards?
Yes. Authorised administrators can centrally update company-managed information such as staff names, job titles, departments, contact details, company information and card branding. This helps keep employee cards accurate and consistent without requiring each staff member to make the changes individually.
Can employees customise their information?
Employees cannot edit core company-managed information such as their name, job title, department, group, company name, email address, mobile number, office number, company website or business address. This helps organisations maintain accurate and consistent information across all employee cards.
Depending on the selected plan and company settings, employees may be allowed to add or manage their own social-media profiles, personal links and other optional content.
What happens when an employee joins or leaves the company?
Corporate administrators can add new users and manage or deactivate existing users as staff changes, helping keep the organisation's digital name card directory up to date.
What happens when an employee is promoted or their details change?
An authorised corporate administrator can update the employee's job title, department, group and contact details centrally. The changes are reflected on the employee's digital card without requiring the employee to edit the information or the company to reissue printed name cards.
