Why we created DIGI CardFolio

Digitising a card should make it better.

DIGI CardFolio began with a simple belief: a name card should remain useful long after it is exchanged. Paper cards and static files can be misplaced, become outdated and only provide the information originally printed or saved on them.

We also wanted to rethink other familiar physical cards, including punch cards and rewards cards. The goal was not simply to reproduce them on a screen, but to create better digital experiences around them.

A digital card can be updated without reprinting, shared instantly and connected to live information and useful actions. It can lead someone to your latest contact details, services, portfolio, booking options, rewards and engagement tools, possibilities that a hard copy cannot provide on its own.

Why “CardFolio”?

Networking has two sides.

Sharing your own card is only half of the experience. You also need a practical way to keep and organise all the cards you receive.

Traditional business card holders, including the old rotary card files, could hold cards from different people and businesses, regardless of who printed them. Today, when every digital platform creates its own card format, recipients can still be left with scattered links, screenshots, files and apps.

Networking Folio brings that missing consolidation into the digital experience. It lets you save DIGI Cards and supported digital cards from other platforms in one organised collection, with notes, tags and useful meeting context.

CardFolio represents both sides of every connection: the Card you share and the Folio of professional connections you keep.

One connected platform

Everything works together through your DIGI Card.

DIGI CardFolio is built around the digital name card, with additional capabilities included according to your selected plan. There are no separate products to piece together.

Digital name cards

Create a professional profile containing your current details, services, links and calls to action. Share it by QR code, direct link or from Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.

Networking Folio

Save and organise the digital cards you receive, including supported cards from other platforms, with notes, tags and meeting context.

Engagement tools

Keep interactions going with features such as Words for You, Polls and Habit Tracker. Encourage feedback, participation, accountability and continued engagement after the first connection.

Business tools

Use Booking Studio, Attendance Studio and Retailer Campaign to manage appointments, event attendance and digital customer rewards through the wider DIGI CardFolio platform.
