Acceptable Use Policy
Read the current Acceptable Use Policy for DIGI CardFolio.
- No scams, fraud, impersonation, malware, spam, or unlawful activity.
- No fake rewards, fake campaigns, fake bookings, fake attendance or check-ins, QR misuse, abusive invitations, deceptive Words for You, or Poll manipulation.
- No bots, scraping, tampering, or attempts to bypass platform, reward, or wallet controls.
Prohibited use
Users must not use DIGI CardFolio for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
- Scams, fraud, phishing, impersonation, deceptive branding, or fake endorsements.
- Illegal activity, unlawful gambling, counterfeit goods, or unlawful sales.
- Malware, malicious links, credential theft, QR abuse, or harmful downloads.
- Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, or abusive conduct.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk invitations, spammy sharing, or unauthorized mass contact.
Rewards, campaigns, wallets, and habits
The following are prohibited:
- Creating fake retailer campaigns, fake redemption conditions, misleading reward terms, or deceptive merchant promotions.
- Tampering with wallet pass data, duplicating pass content to mislead retailers, attempting unauthorized redemption, or exploiting loopholes in reward logic.
- Manipulating reward stamps, join states, redemptions, or analytics through fake identities, self-dealing, automation, or technical abuse.
- Faking or fabricating Habit Tracker check-ins, group participation, rankings, or public progress in order to deceive others.
- Using invitations, public links, or QR flows to trick, spam, or mislead users or customers.
Platform abuse
Users may not probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the platform.
- No bots, bulk automation, abusive scraping, or attempts to bypass rate limits or feature limits.
- No attempts to disable, evade, or manipulate moderation, analytics, anti-fraud, image checks, access controls, or payment restrictions.
- No attempts to interfere with the operation of public cards, reward wallets, campaign joins, wallet passes, or Habit Tracker features.
DIGI CardFolio may remove content, disable campaigns, revoke access, cancel invitations, suspend accounts, or take other enforcement action where misuse is detected.
Connected-tool abuse
Users must not create fake bookings, attendance records, check-ins, Poll responses, reviews, messages or participant identities; manipulate plan limits, analytics or feature access; or use Words for You, Polls, public links, Wallet passes, invitations or QR codes to impersonate, mislead, harass or spam people.
